Job Summary

This Service Desk Engineer role involves being a key member of the IT Operations Service Desk team for a rapidly growing immediate delivery service. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st-Level support for the entire IT system landscape, managing hardware and software issues, and monitoring the comprehensive IT infrastructure that supports the business model from ordering through delivery. The engineer acts as the central point of contact for recurring problems, collaborating closely with software development and IT Operations teams. A strong focus is placed on increasing automation, embracing cloud technologies, and promoting a self-service culture. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in IT (such as System Integration), possesses strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and platforms like JIRA, Confluence, and Office365. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential, coupled with an agile, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification
