Laboratory Technician | Laborant (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Laboratory Technician based in Freising (near Munich), joining a traditional, internationally growing dairy company. The primary responsibility involves ensuring product safety and premium quality by conducting chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological analyses on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products like milk and butter. Working within a mandatory 3-shift system (including nights and weekends), you will monitor the entire production process from milk reception to the final product. Key tasks include precise sampling, documentation of results, and active collaboration with Quality Management, Production, and Engineering teams. Furthermore, you will support research and development efforts by analyzing new products and assisting in the validation and refinement of analytical methods. This position requires relevant laboratory vocational training and initial practical experience in laboratory analytics, offering long-term security and attractive shift compensation.
