Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be an integral part of the laboratory team, responsible for conducting chemical-physical, sensory, or microbiological laboratory analyses in a 3-shift system. Your daily tasks will involve examining raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods like milk and butter, ensuring product safety and quality from milk reception to the final product. You will meticulously document results and actively collaborate with various departments such as Quality Management, Production, and Engineering. Additionally, you will support research and development efforts by analyzing new products and contributing to the development and validation of new analytical methods.
