Job Summary

This permanent role in Kerpen seeks a qualified Chemical Production Technician to manage and monitor automated manufacturing processes within a large-scale industrial facility. Day-to-day responsibilities include controlling and documenting production sequences using modern process control systems (such as Siemens PCS 7), ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental regulations. The technician will also handle the logistics of raw materials, including acceptance and inspection of deliveries via tank truck or palletized goods, and organize the dispatch of finished products. Furthermore, the role involves performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep on plant equipment. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in chemical production, mandatory forklift certification, and demonstrated practical experience operating large-scale industrial plants, particularly utilizing batch-oriented control technology.
