Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional eager to contribute to the planning, implementation, and ongoing development of complex customer network infrastructures within a major IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, delivery, and support of end-user devices (PCs, laptops, tablets), handling 1st and 2nd-Level support tickets for both hardware and software issues, and setting up new workstations and peripheral devices. You will also manage software installations according to specifications and maintain accurate asset data. The successful candidate must possess a completed IT apprenticeship or several years of technical support experience, coupled with expert knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite. This position offers a long-term, full-time perspective in a technically advanced, Enterprise-level environment, providing diverse support activities and professional development potential.
