Job Summary

This role involves executing essential IT infrastructure services (IMAC-D: Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) for various IT equipment, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and scanners, within a large infrastructure project in Hamburg. The technician will be responsible for setting up, connecting, and installing workplace systems according to technical specifications, performing basic hardware repairs guided by instructions, and managing inventory and documentation using customer tools. Candidates should bring experience with complex network infrastructures and workplace rollouts, along with a structured, reliable, and service-oriented approach.
