Job Summary

This role involves supporting complex network infrastructures within a leading IT service provider environment, focusing on the planning, implementation, and continuous development of customer data center environments. The Onsite IT Technician will be responsible for the physical setup and dismantling of IT hardware, including servers, clients, and racks, performing cabling (copper/fiber optic), connection, and functional tests according to specifications. Key day-to-day tasks include installing, repairing, and upgrading hardware and software, documentation, asset data maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting within the data center. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or relevant practical experience, strong hardware and basic networking knowledge, and proficiency with ticketing systems. This position offers a technically demanding environment, long-term perspectives, and requires willingness to work in a 3-shift system and occasional on-call duty.
