Job Summary

This senior role seeks a highly experienced Medicinal Chemist to support a globally leading pharmaceutical corporation in Early Drug Discovery Services. The professional will be central to implementing SAR/SPR strategies, compound design, and data-driven decision processes, guiding projects from hit identification through to preclinical candidate (PCC) selection. Daily activities involve integrating cross-functional research, collaborating with interdisciplinary and international teams, and scientifically evaluating projects, particularly in Cardiovascular, Oncology, and Immunology therapeutic areas. Key requirements include a Ph.D. in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry and a minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience. The role demands strong expertise in Drug Design, data integration, and project control, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
