Job Summary

This critical role as a Digital Radio Relay Management Trainer involves leveraging expertise in military operations, methodology, and didactics to support the digitization and operational strength of the armed forces. Based in Neubrandenburg, the trainer will be responsible for conducting hands-on training sessions using the latest telecommunications hardware and software systems for digital radio relay management. Key daily activities include training personnel on the maintenance and repair of these modern systems, often within realistic military vehicle training scenarios. A core component of the role is the continuous improvement and development of training materials, documentation, and success metrics to enhance customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess a technical qualification in Information Electronics, Electronics for Information and System Technology, or a related telecommunications field, coupled with extensive experience in training, ideally within a military context. A recognized instructor certification (IHK or Train-the-Trainer) and intermediate proficiency in English are essential prerequisites for success in this impactful position.
