Job Summary

This Process Manager role is crucial for optimizing organizational efficiency and effectiveness, particularly in response to increasing order volumes. The primary focus is on streamlining standard processes by identifying opportunities for simplification and the digitization of internal workflows. Key day-to-day activities include consolidating existing and new processes within the BU-TAC, supporting centralized Process Governance initiatives, and ensuring process standardization and compliance across various plant locations. Candidates must possess a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field, coupled with professional experience in both process and knowledge management. The position requires a solution-oriented and independent work approach, excellent German language skills, and good proficiency in English.
