Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics to serve as the Technical Manager responsible for development steering. The successful candidate will oversee the entire system conception process, from initial proposal creation through to final development, ensuring mechatronic systems are implemented within predefined constraints regarding time, cost, quality, and maturity. Key daily tasks include technical management, providing technical leadership to development teams, optimizing systems through comprehensive understanding, performing integration and fault detection, and managing external suppliers and subcontractors.
