Job Summary

This remote Field Service Engineer role, based in the Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, and Hesse regions, involves providing essential technical service and 1st Level Support for innovative bioprocess solutions and systems within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The engineer will independently manage service assignments, including installations, qualifications, maintenance, repairs, and remote support across the D-A-CH-NL region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands). Key responsibilities include precise documentation of all work performed, ensuring compliance within a highly regulated environment, and acting as a primary technical consultant for customers. The ideal candidate must possess a background in engineering (e.g., HVAC, Medical, Electrical, or Automation), demonstrate extensive experience in technical field service, and be comfortable with significant travel (approximately 70%). This position offers a permanent contract and the opportunity to work autonomously.
