Job Summary

This remote Field Service Engineer position is responsible for delivering essential technical support and 1st Level Service for innovative bioprocess equipment used by customers in the highly regulated Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries across the D-A-CH-NL region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands). Daily tasks include consulting clients on technical issues, performing installations, qualifications, maintenance, and repairs, and providing crucial remote support. A key responsibility is ensuring precise documentation of all service activities within the regulated environment. The ideal candidate must hold a state-recognized Technician degree or vocational training in fields such as Refrigeration/Climate, Electrical, Automation, or Medical Technology, combined with extensive experience in technical field service. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory. This role requires significant travel flexibility (approx. 70%) but offers the benefit of remote work, a high degree of independence in scheduling, and a company car for private use.
