Job Summary

The Examination Manager will play a crucial administrative role within the Study Office of the Faculty of Philology at Leipzig University. Key responsibilities include managing and processing examination results using the AlmaWeb Campus Management System, ensuring the organizational preparation and follow-up of university examinations (creating certificates, transcripts, and archiving records), and generating necessary statistics. A core component of the role involves advising students on examination organization and curriculum content, while also supporting faculty and examination committees on legal and organizational issues related to academic documentation. The ideal candidate holds a vocational qualification in administration or equivalent, possesses strong IT skills (text processing, spreadsheets), and is required to demonstrate English proficiency at B2 level. This position offers a responsible, part-time role (75% FTE) within a dynamic university environment, featuring flexible working hours and mobile work options.

Experience
