Job Summary

This role involves leading and executing building automation and building management system projects of varying sizes across the Berlin-Brandenburg region, from initial clarification and preparation through to final acceptance. The Project Manager acts as the key interface with suppliers, internal partners, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration with the experienced project team and the Berlin Engineering Center. Key responsibilities include defining project strategy, planning project phases, and ensuring successful implementation based on technical, economic, and timely aspects. Candidates must possess a technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering or Building Automation) and multi-year project management experience, coupled with deep knowledge of building automation, HVAC technology, and relevant legal/normative frameworks (VDE, VDI).
