Job Summary

This role involves driving the digital transformation of the global transport management system for a leading medical technology company. The Digitalization Expert will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing digital solutions to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and sustainability of transport logistics processes. Key activities include acting as the Business Owner for the EDI Center of Competence and PEPS, overseeing service processes, and leading the forwarder onboarding strategy. The expert will coordinate initiatives within the 'Digital Transport Twin' program, focusing on forwarder connectivity, data analytics, and core system standards. Success requires a strong background in SCM digitalization, international transport processes, and project management, ensuring seamless integration of new digital services and compliance with trade, tax, and customs requirements across multi-stage global supply chains.
