Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Engineer to design and deliver advanced, practical training programs focused on Switching Operations for Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and industrial partners. The successful candidate will leverage their deep expertise in electrical power systems and critical network operation situations to provide hands-on training and technical leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting internal teams and customers on complex switching scenarios, developing sustainable training curricula, and facilitating technical workshops and simulations. A crucial component of this position involves supporting the development and enhancement of SiEmergy scenarios, tools, and frameworks, actively participating in R&D initiatives to integrate emerging technologies. Key qualifications include several years of relevant training experience, strong knowledge of power transmission/distribution, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
