Job Summary

This role involves dual responsibilities, initially focusing on electrical maintenance and transitioning into a Simulator System Operator role at a new indoor shooting range (HSA). Day-to-day electrical duties include maintaining and repairing electrical equipment, machinery, lightning protection systems, and building energy distribution systems, as well as performing electrical installation work and mandatory DGUV V3 inspections. As a Simulator System Operator, you will manage the high-tech interactive target display technology, generate hit analysis reports, prepare video recordings, and ensure the safe and smooth operation of the shooting range for military users. The position requires professional experience in control and regulation technology, physical fitness for lifting and working in confined or high spaces, and a willingness to participate in extensive, multi-day training. This is a full-time, permanent position within the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), offering a stable career path and salary based on the TVöD public service collective agreement.

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology or Electrician for Industrial Engineering

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical installation work for energy and building technology
  • Several years of professional experience in control and regulation technology of technical systems, safety lighting, fire alarm, and intrusion detection systems
  • At least two years of professional activity in the specified areas of expertise
  • Professional use of MS Office and standard email applications
