Job Summary
This pivotal, full-time HR Manager role, located in Pratteln, is crucial for supporting an internationally networked Swiss company. Key responsibilities include advising and guiding employees and leaders on all personnel-related and Swiss labor law issues. You will actively support management in implementing HR processes and driving their continuous development. A significant component involves close collaboration with the international Headquarter to successfully implement group-wide HR initiatives. Furthermore, you will contribute to the preparation, analysis, and refinement of HR key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate must possess excellent English skills for international exchange, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the transport or logistics sector. This position offers substantial scope for initiative and the opportunity to actively shape modern HR processes within a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed qualification as an HR Specialist (Federal Diploma/Eidg. Fachausweis). Further qualification in HR Management is advantageous.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a similar HR function.
- Ideally, professional experience within the transport or logistics industry.
- Experience in advising employees and management on personnel and labor law matters.
