This role involves scientifically conceptualizing, developing, and implementing innovative digital solutions to optimize teaching processes and strengthen the digital infrastructure at Hof University of Applied Sciences. The Research Associate will focus on integrating and advancing campus and learning management systems (like Primuss and Moodle), developing proprietary university apps, and establishing standardized teaching and examination processes for quality assurance and accreditation. A significant part of the role includes exploring and deploying AI-supported applications, such as chatbots and assistance tools, for administration, teaching, and prospective students. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, coupled with experience in software system design and development, ideally with knowledge of LMS or App/Web development.
