Job Summary

This part-time position, starting April 1, 2026, is based at the State Testing Office for the Textile Industry at Hof University of Applied Sciences. The Textile Laboratory Technician will independently manage comprehensive textile testing assignments, ranging from initial task analysis to generating detailed test reports. Daily duties involve supporting damage assessments through meticulous testing and documentation, maintaining and updating Quality Management (QM) documentation, and organizing and supervising student practicals in textile testing. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as a Textile Laboratory Technician, coupled with several years of experience in the textile industry. Essential skills include expertise in both chemical-technical and physical-technical testing methods, strong knowledge of textile raw materials, and proficiency in standard IT applications.
