Job Summary

This is a key leadership role overseeing the entire Supply Chain Management division, including Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, Export, Demand Management, and Master Data, managing a team of approximately 20 employees. Your core responsibility will be developing and implementing a modern logistics and distribution strategy, ensuring high delivery readiness while optimizing inventory levels. You will be accountable for production and capacity planning across the supply chain, steering quality-critical material flows, and driving continuous process optimization and operational excellence. The role requires you to act as a crucial business partner for plant and corporate management, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory requirements such as traceability and documentation. Candidates must hold a degree in SCM or Business Administration, possess several years of experience in SCM within a manufacturing environment (ideally international), and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, alongside proficiency in SAP.
