Job Summary

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to take overall responsibility for the Supply Chain Management division, encompassing planning, logistics, purchasing, export, demand management, and master data, overseeing a team of approximately 20 employees. You will be tasked with developing and implementing a modern logistics and distribution strategy, managing production and capacity planning across the entire supply chain, and ensuring high delivery readiness while optimizing stock levels. The role requires strategic process control, continuous optimization, and acting as a crucial business partner for management at both the plant and corporate levels, particularly focusing on regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates possess a degree in SCM or Business Administration, significant experience in a manufacturing environment, proficiency in SAP, and strong leadership skills, coupled with fluent command of both German and English, facilitating international collaboration.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field

Experience

  • Multiple years of experience in Supply Chain Management within a producing company, ideally in an international setting
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning, material management, and logistics
  • Experience in strategic process control and optimization
