Job Summary

This role requires an engaged Technical Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for all technical and infrastructural Facility Management matters across multiple retail properties in the Greater Frankfurt am Main/Mainz region. The manager is responsible for ensuring smooth operations and optimizing the commercial viability of the centers. Day-to-day tasks involve the rigorous steering and controlling of external service providers, planning, and executing crucial investment, maintenance, and conversion projects. Key duties also include obtaining competitive quotes, awarding contracts, managing performance acceptance, handling invoicing, and tracking warranties. The successful candidate must possess a solid technical or construction-technical background, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong competencies in negotiation, assertiveness, and results orientation.
