The core responsibility involves acting as the primary technical and infrastructural contact for clients, customers, and tenants. Day-to-day activities include steering and controlling external service providers, managing procurement, and awarding contracts to specialized companies. A major focus is the responsible planning and execution of investment, maintenance, and conversion projects, including performance acceptance and warranty tracking. The ideal candidate possesses solid technical or construction-related training, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong negotiation skills.
