Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Technical Manager to serve as the primary contact for all technical and infrastructural Facility Management (FM) matters across multiple retail centers in the greater Frankfurt am Main/Mainz region. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive steering and control of external service providers, alongside the planning and responsible execution of investment, maintenance, and conversion projects. The manager will handle the entire procurement process, including obtaining quotes, awarding contracts, and managing the acceptance, billing, and warranty tracking of services. Success in this position requires solid technical or construction-technical training, expertise in building equipment trades, and several years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong assertiveness, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach.
