Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged Technical Manager to oversee regional Facility Management operations for multiple retail properties in the Frankfurt am Main/Mainz area. The successful candidate will act as the primary technical contact for clients, tenants, and partners, ensuring smooth technical and infrastructural operations across several sites. Key day-to-day tasks involve the strategic planning and execution of investment, maintenance, and conversion projects, managing service provider contracts (including procurement, awarding, acceptance, and warranty tracking), and conducting rigorous quality assurance measures and cost/benefit analyses to optimize facility performance. The position requires a candidate with a strong technical or construction background, proven professional experience in facility management, and excellent negotiation and assertiveness skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
