Key responsibilities include supervising client files, guaranteeing high-quality service and regulatory compliance, and participating in the development and implementation of operational strategies to optimize internal processes. The role involves collaborating across departments for integrated management, training team members in their professional development, analyzing performance indicators, and representing the company in meetings with external partners and clients.
