Job Summary

The Waterways and Shipping Office Weser is seeking a motivated Electronics Technician to serve as a Construction Supervisor in Hoya. This full-time, permanent position involves overseeing local construction and maintenance projects for electrical systems along the Middle Weser and Aller waterways. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting on-site supervision of electro-technical installations, documenting activities, creating reports and measurements, and participating in construction meetings. The role also requires active involvement in planning changes and managing coordination between contractors and authorized representatives. When construction projects are not active, the technician will be responsible for inspecting and repairing electrical control and regulation devices, performing switching operations in medium-voltage systems, and maintaining fixed and portable electrical equipment. Candidates must have a completed 3.5-year vocational training as an Electronics Technician and several years of professional experience in mechanical and/or plant engineering, along with fluent German skills.
