Job Summary

This remote-eligible role, supporting a major telecommunications group, focuses on the operational management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, specifically utilizing One Identity solutions. The specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of service tickets, coordinating incident resolution, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring sustainable cleanup of issues. Daily tasks include rigorous data quality assurance across systems like EC and CLDAP, monitoring critical processes, and managing user passwords and access rights for both internal and external stakeholders. A core part of the job involves managing job queues, performing cleanups, and maintaining HR data synchronization. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in One Identity, Active Directory, and SQL, coupled with solid knowledge of IT compliance, security standards, and internal control systems, ensuring robust and secure IAM operations.
