Job Summary

This role seeks a (Junior) AI Insights Specialist to revolutionize customer experience analysis for congstar, based primarily remotely with up to 30% presence in Cologne. The specialist will develop innovative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) approaches to analyze unstructured customer data, such as feedback and chat logs, to enhance the explanatory power of key Customer Experience (CX) KPIs. Responsibilities include building a systematic Insights Repository, methodologically supporting research activities using AI technologies, and developing predictive models to identify drivers of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates possess a background in Data Science, Market Research, or a related field, fundamental knowledge of Text Mining and NLP, and practical experience with Python, R, and SQL. This position offers a dynamic environment focused on leveraging cutting-edge tools like Generative AI to drive data-driven decisions across Market Research and Data Analytics teams.

Required Skills

Completed degree in Data Science, Market Research, Business Informatics, Psychology (with a focus on Statistics), or comparable qualification.
