Job Summary

This role involves supporting a telecommunications client by managing and maintaining Windows Server and Client infrastructure within a government sector environment in Cologne. The Administrator will be responsible for participating in the planning, conceptualization, and commissioning of Windows Servers and Clients, handling complex technical orders, and coordinating order processing. Key daily tasks include installing and maintaining essential IT tools, contributing to the development of service concepts, and ensuring agreed-upon service levels are met. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training, coupled with at least three years of professional experience, including a minimum of one year in IT administration. Strong technical understanding of Windows Server OS, client operating systems, and associated services (like DHCP/DNS) is essential, along with experience supporting end-user devices (printers, scanners). Success in this role requires a professional, customer-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and fluent German and very good English proficiency.
