Job Summary

This role, based primarily remotely (70%) with required presence in Cologne (30%), seeks a (Junior) AI Insights Specialist to revolutionize Customer Experience (CX) analysis. The core responsibility involves developing and deploying innovative AI approaches, including NLP and Generative AI, to analyze vast amounts of unstructured data like customer feedback and chat logs. You will create and maintain a central Insights Repository, ensuring data systematically informs CX initiatives and drives measurable improvements in KPIs like NPS. Success requires strong foundational knowledge in Data Science, proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL, and the ability to translate complex data models into clear, actionable business insights for Market Research and Data Analytics teams. This is a full-time position available through temporary employment, starting preferably in March 2026.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Data Science, Market Research, Business Informatics, Psychology with a focus on Statistics, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience with AI-based platforms and tools
  • Demonstrable initial success in the conception, execution, and implementation of AI-based projects, ideally with measurable impact
