Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering and Technical Building Services (TGA). The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end project leadership of complex electrical systems, covering both low and high-voltage technology. Daily tasks include developing technical concepts and proposals according to HOAI service phases, overseeing planning teams, managing tendering and procurement processes, and creating detailed specifications. A crucial element of the role involves client negotiation, subcontractor management, attending site meetings, and handling technical project control, including change order management. To qualify, candidates must possess a technical degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent Technician/Master qualification) and demonstrated professional experience in project or site management within electrical systems, ideally following HOAI guidelines.
