Job Summary

This role involves leading diverse projects focusing on electrical systems, encompassing both low and high voltage technology, for established engineering and planning firms specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TGA). Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive technical proposals and concepts in accordance with HOAI service phases, managing and reviewing planning services with the team, and overseeing the entire tender and procurement process, including creating specifications. The Project Manager will also be responsible for crucial client and subcontractor negotiations, attending construction meetings, technical project steering, and managing change orders. Success requires a completed technical degree (or equivalent technician/master qualification) in Electrical Engineering, coupled with professional experience in project or construction management of electrical systems.
