Day-to-day responsibilities include developing technical concepts and offers compliant with HOAI service phases, managing the planning team, overseeing tendering and procurement processes, and conducting negotiations with clients and subcontractors. A core component of the job is technical project control, including crucial change order management. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering and possesses proven professional experience in project or construction management related to electrical installations. Proficiency in standard project management tools, CAD software, and MS Office is required, alongside strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring successful project delivery in a permanent, full-time capacity.
