Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive technical concepts aligned with German HOAI service phases, managing the full tendering and award processes, and ensuring seamless cross-trade communication and coordination. You will also provide crucial support to project management teams during the execution of demanding construction ventures. The ideal candidate holds a degree or certification as an Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman and possesses professional planning experience, especially concerning HOAI standards. Strong command of specialized planning and calculation software (such as AutoCAD, DDS-CAD, and Revit) is essential, alongside self-initiative and excellent teamwork skills.
