Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Hilden seeks a skilled Laboratory Technician or Research Assistant to execute critical molecular biology and cell culture tasks. The core responsibilities include the independent cultivation of eukaryotic cell cultures, performing DNA isolation, and preparing various buffer and protein solutions. A crucial aspect of the role is maintaining strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines during preparation and conducting in-process controls (IPCs), such as protein determination and qPCR. Candidates must hold a completed technical qualification (BTA, MTA, CTA, or Biologielaborant) or a relevant Bachelor's degree. While not mandatory, prior production experience in a GMP-regulated biotechnological or pharmaceutical setting is highly desirable, alongside proficiency in MS Office.
