Job Summary

This role involves establishing an internal First-Level Support system for a highly modern robotics facility used in hospital logistics and supply chain management at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH). The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up a technical on-call service, troubleshooting technical malfunctions related to robotics and networked IT infrastructure, and acting as a liaison between end-users and the robotics manufacturer. Key duties include analyzing and documenting technical faults, transferring knowledge, and training users on technical problem resolution. This position offers practical, study-relevant professional experience, potential involvement in developing project or thesis work, and participation in shaping the future direction of the First-Level Support. Ideal candidates are students (preferably 4th semester or higher) in a technical field like Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science (with a technical focus), possessing fluent German and English skills, strong communication abilities, and a high degree of commitment.
