Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to join an international IT service company supporting major industrial and commercial clients, taking on significant responsibility within a professional environment. The IT Systems Specialist will be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of IT hardware, including the setup, installation, and deinstallation of servers, PCs, and peripheral devices during installations and office moves. Key daily tasks involve performing hardware and functional tests, executing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), and conducting hardware repairs and troubleshooting. A critical component of the job is providing 1st and 2nd level technical support for both hardware and software, managing tickets, and thoroughly documenting all work processes. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT (such as System Integration) and strong practical knowledge of Windows client/server environments, networking protocols (TCP/IP, Routing, VPN, Firewalls), and experience managing IT rollouts and IMAC processes. The position also involves supporting large-scale rollout projects, occasionally taking on team leadership responsibilities.
