Job Summary

This Project Manager role focuses on the strategic planning and operational coordination of the distribution network, requiring expertise in high and medium voltage systems. Day-to-day tasks involve creating detailed annual, monthly, and weekly network plans, coordinating workflows with internal departments and external partners, including transmission system operators, and managing critical outages. The successful candidate will analyze hazard reports, initiate restoration measures, and develop emergency supply programs to ensure network stability. A key component of the role is leading and supporting significant infrastructure projects, such as the construction of new substations and lines, and continuously improving overall network operating strategies. Candidates must possess a university degree in Electrical Engineering and several years of experience in network operations, demonstrating strong organizational skills, the ability to make clear decisions under pressure, and a comprehensive understanding of relevant technical standards and IT systems.
