Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Control Systems Engineer specializing in medium-voltage automation and decentralized plant backend integration. The core responsibilities involve providing technical leadership, driving the development of control systems, and coordinating across departments. A major focus will be on IEC 61850 data modeling, concept development, and planning complex communication infrastructures within telecontrol and station control technology. Day-to-day tasks include managing assigned system and device responsibilities, independently executing control system projects, handling framework contract tenders, and mentoring trainees and students. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering, possess deep knowledge of network communication standards (Ethernet, TCP/IP), and be proficient in relevant control system standards (IEC 60870-5-x / IEC 61850). This position requires strong organizational skills, implementation competence, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and contractors, along with participation in on-call duty.
