Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and developing the Infrastructural Services team, specifically overseeing House Services (in-house printing, mail/scanning, reception) with approximately 10 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and controlling service provisions across city properties, particularly cleaning and facility services, while ensuring compliance with traffic safety obligations. Key duties include managing the procurement and awarding of cleaning contracts (maintenance, basic, and glass cleaning), coordinating central services like production printing systems, mail services, courier services, property protection, and key management. This position requires strong analytical and conceptual skills, professional experience in cleaning and hygiene management, and proven team leadership abilities to continuously optimize quality management and service delivery.

Education

Qualification for Career Group 2, 1st entry level for non-technical administrative service, or completed Administrative Course II (Certified Administrative Specialist); OR B.A. in Real Estate Management, B.A. Real Estate, or comparable degree; OR Certified Real Estate Specialist

Experience

  • Professional experience in cleaning and hygiene management
  • Experience in successfully leading and developing teams
  • Several years of professional experience in the field if holding an equivalent qualification (e.g., Real Estate Specialist)
