Job Summary
The City of Arnsberg is seeking an engaged and responsible Team Lead for Commercial Facility Management to oversee a team of approximately 10 employees. This role involves comprehensive financial oversight, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring investments, budgets, and funding, as well as serving as the primary contact for all budgetary matters within facility management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for CAFM software support, procurement, contract management, insurance, and billing. Furthermore, this position entails acting as the main point of contact for non-technical user inquiries and developing building strategies, operational concepts, occupancy planning, and vacancy management. Required Skills
Education
Qualification for career group 2, 1st entry-level for non-technical administrative service, or completed Administrative Course II (Verwaltungsfachwirt:in); or completed university degree in economics, B.A. Facility Management, B.A. Real Estate, B.A. Property Management, or comparable degree.
