Job Summary

The City of Arnsberg is seeking an E-Government and Process Management Officer to actively shape the future of their municipal administration. This full-time, permanent role involves coordinating and executing digital administration projects crucial for implementing E-Government and Online Access laws. Key responsibilities include co-designing the authority-wide introduction of the central Document Management System (DMS), specifically Doxis, and driving business process optimization focused on digitalization. The ideal candidate must possess qualifications equivalent to the higher non-technical administrative service (e.g., Administrative Specialist/Verwaltungsfachwirt) and demonstrate a strong understanding of IT, change management, and E-Government principles. This position offers varied tasks, a high degree of autonomy, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative team dedicated to organizational development and efficiency.

Required Skills

Education

Qualification for the higher non-technical administrative service (Laufbahngruppe II, 1. Einstiegsamt) or a successfully completed Administrative Specialist certification (Verwaltungsfachwirt/Verwaltungslehrgang II)

Experience
