This role is crucial for ensuring user-oriented service delivery across over 250 properties, including object security, key management, cleaning, postal, and caretaker services, while also ensuring compliance with traffic safety obligations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing service contracts, fostering transparent communication with internal and external partners, and handling administrative tasks related to service unit support. Required Skills
Education
Civil service qualification for career group 2, 1st entry-level for non-technical administrative service, or completed Administrative Course II (Certified Administrative Specialist); OR a university degree in Business Administration, B.A. Facility Management, B.A. Real Estate, B.A. Property Management, or a comparable field.
