Job Summary

This role involves supporting the IT coordination division within the Building Management Office of the City of Düsseldorf, focusing heavily on Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software, specifically waveware. Key responsibilities include managing and documenting the technical introduction and further development of waveware modules across various building management departments. The specialist will be responsible for programming specialized departmental databases, business logic, evaluations, and forms within the waveware system. Furthermore, the position requires providing 2nd and 3rd level support for departmental IT procedures, instructing users, and consulting technical departments on creating technical concepts and requirement specifications (Lastenhefte). The ideal candidate should have a background in (Business) Informatics or equivalent experience, possessing strong organizational skills, self-reliance, and a systematic, solution-oriented approach to IT and database systems support.
