Job Summary

This role supports the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) as a primary digitalization partner, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services. Based in Munich (North), the successful candidate will function as an on-site service technician, providing crucial 1st and 2nd Level Support to users. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, upgrade, and maintenance (IMACD) of IT and telecommunications (TK) hardware and systems, as well as troubleshooting incidents related to network and server environments. The position also involves participating in IT projects, refresh measures, and performing cyclical on-call duties. Key qualifications include a completed technical qualification (e.g., IT System Electronics Engineer), three years of relevant professional experience in on-site service and incident resolution, and fluent German language skills.
