Job Summary

As an Electrician for the Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) in Karlsruhe, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of electrotechnical systems within the Facility Management division. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing modifications, extensions, and new installations on building electrical systems, lighting, and low-voltage electrical systems. You will also manage blinds, barrier systems, and contribute to the maintenance of full-climate, ventilation, exhaust, and heating systems. This role requires a qualified electrician who is reliable, a team player, and possesses basic IT skills.
