Job Summary

This role involves serving as an Electrical Engineer within the Facility Management division in Berlin, focusing on the operation and maintenance of complex technical systems for federal properties, including security agencies. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the Responsible Electrical Specialist, developing maintenance schedules, managing service contracts, and ensuring the smooth operation of electrical and building systems. The position requires leading and steering an operational team, developing quality standards, and managing construction projects from planning and tendering through to implementation. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, at least two years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of relevant German regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN).
